Preparing for a Session

Reiki can be done in person or remotely. The energy works the same. As with humans Reiki will go where it is needed most. The only difference with animals is that they often guide you to the exact spot they require treatment. Sessions last approximately 30 to 60 minutes. It’s preferable that your pet be calm and still during the session. Exercise and activity before the session is fine but should be curtailed about 30 minutes before the session is scheduled to start.
